We read everything that comes in. Using the right address below gets your message to the person who can actually act on it.

Response times

We are a small newsroom. Most messages are answered within two working days, and correction reports are prioritised over everything else. If you have not heard back within a week, please do send a reminder rather than assuming the message was ignored.

What we cannot help with

We are a news publication, not an airline, an airport or a regulator. We cannot rebook flights, trace baggage, process refunds or compensation claims, answer questions about your booking, or intervene in a dispute with a carrier. For those, contact the airline or the relevant national aviation authority or consumer body directly.
